Frequently asked questions
Let’s clear
a few things up.
A little more about working together. If your question isn’t here, get in touch.
What does Crosspoint Designs do?
We help small businesses and organizations with websites, branding, print design, digital marketing, hosting, and technical support. You can start with one project or bring several connected needs together.
Do you only work with businesses in Hawaiʻi?
No. Crosspoint has roots on Molokaʻi and a business presence in Honolulu, and works with clients across the United States. Design and website projects can be handled remotely. On-site technical work depends on location and availability.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. We can review what you have, identify the parts worth keeping, and recommend a refresh or a rebuild based on your goals. Share your current website when you get in touch.
How much will my project cost?
Every project is scoped individually. After a conversation about your goals, you receive a proposal explaining the work, cost, and payment milestones before anything moves forward.
How does the free homepage mockup work?
Tell us about your business and the direction you have in mind. We will discuss your needs and create a homepage direction so you can see the possibilities before committing to a full website project. Scope and timing are confirmed together.
Do I need all my content ready?
No. Bring what you have: a current website, logo, photos, or a few notes about your business. We can help organize the structure and identify what is still needed.
What happens after the website launches?
We walk through the finished site and agree on any ongoing hosting, maintenance, content updates, or technical support. Ongoing services are scoped separately so you know what is included.
How long does a project take?
The schedule depends on the size of the project, the content available, and the review process. We agree on a realistic timeline and milestones in your proposal.
