Information you share

When you contact Crosspoint Designs, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and project details. We use it to respond to your inquiry and discuss or provide the services you request.

How the website works

The contact form sends your inquiry by email. It uses a hidden spam field, a submission timestamp, and temporary rate limiting based on your IP address to reduce automated submissions. The hosting provider may retain ordinary server logs for operation and security.

The chat assistant

The chat assistant in the corner of each page is an AI helper. When you send it a message, the conversation is sent from our server to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write a reply. Please don’t share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat. For quotes and anything personal, use the contact form, email or phone.

Third-party services

Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the website and deliver messages, and our AI provider processes chat messages to answer them. Links to Google reviews and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not embed third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and project images are served with the site.

Your information

We do not sell the contact information you send us. If you have a question about information you have shared, or would like to request a correction or deletion, email michael@crosspointdesigns.com. Some records may need to be retained for active projects or business obligations.
